Meet the Redesigned, European-Inspired 2015 Toyota Yaris

The Toyota Yaris has always possessed some very appealing qualities: it’s affordable, efficient, comfortable, and fun. Unlike some other subcompacts out there, the Yaris has personality, its own unique flair. With the redesigned 2015 Toyota Yaris, drivers will see this same personality shine through, only this time it’s more stylish, modern, and dare we say, chic?

2015 Yaris Exterior Design

Right away, you will notice the 2015 Yaris’ new grille. The old separate upper and lower grille design was nixed for a sleeker and larger grille opening, reminiscent of a luxury vehicle. A seamless chrome upper grille accent adds to that sense of refinement and attitude.

2015 Yaris Interior

Moving to the interior of the Yaris, passengers will be impressed with the updated interior, fitted with soft-touch materials, a minimalistic and attractive dash, and a high-end gear shift. There is certainly a European feel inside the Yaris, giving an air of sophistication not usually experienced in a subcompact. Overall, the finished product is exceptional. In addition to the design and materials, the interior of the 2015 Yaris also boasts a quieter cabin, thanks to added insulation and a more aerodynamic body construction. Add to that the retuned suspension and you’ve got a pretty smooth ride as well.

2015 Yaris Powertrain

The 2015 Toyota Yaris is powered by a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine, delivering 106-horsepower and 103 lb-ft. of torque. A 5-speed manual transmission is standard but drivers can opt for a 4-speed electronically controlled version as well.

2015 Yaris Trim Levels

Available in the L, LE, and SE trims, the 2015 Yaris comes with tons of standard features, even some that you wouldn’t expect from a compact car. The Yaris L comes with sport-tuned steering, daytime running lights, and Entune audio with a touch-screen display. Move up to the LE to experience steering wheel-mounted audio controls, metallic interior accents, and keyless entry. Finally, the SE trim boasts sport-fabric seats, a leather steering wheel, LED running lights, and fog lights.

2015 Toyota Sienna Reveal Takes Place Completely Online

These days, the only time you can hope to see a new model reveal is at the next big auto show, with a fancy display and big crowds of people. But Toyota, ever forward-thinking and cutting edge, has decided to do something different, something much more modern. In the spirit of the age, the all-new 2015 Toyota Sienna reveal took place completely online.

So what does that mean exactly? Did Toyota just publish some photos of the car on their website and throw up a few YouTube videos? On the contrary, Toyota made this online reveal everything we could have wanted.

Embracing the fact that the Sienna is for the most part a family vehicle, Toyota commissioned three families made famous by the internet to be the spokespeople for the new Sienna’s reveal.

The beloved Eh Bee Family from the popular app Vine revealed the 2015 Sienna using funny 6-second video clips. As the Eh Bee Family puts it, “Our videos embrace all the hilarity that comes with being a family in today’s world, and the Sienna fit right into those stories.”

Next, YouTube star “Action Movie Kid” and his Dreamworks artist dad put together some mind-bending commercials, showing how the 2015 Sienna can transport the happenings of everyday life into an adventure unlike any other.

Lastly, the dad from “Convos with My 2-Year-Old” decided to take his hilarious conversation skills and put them to the test in “Conversations with my Sienna.” Who knew talking to a car could be so entertaining?

At the root of these captivating online reveals is of course the Toyota Sienna itself. For 2015, the Sienna expands its authority over modern automotive conveniences and technology by introducing a multi-informational display in the driver’s instrument panel to display turn by turn directions, a panoramic backup camera, dual-view Blu-Ray rear entertainment system, and a 7-inch touchscreen with swipe on/off capability.

The most exciting new feature of the Sienna has to be the Driver Easy Speak function. Basically, this allows the driver’s voice to be amplified through the vehicle via a built-in microphone projecting through the rear speakers. Anyone who has driven a minivan with a back seat full of kids knows the struggle of trying to get their attention and cooperation from the driver’s seat. Driver Easy Speak makes this task easier, especially since the kids won’t be able to use the “I didn’t hear you” excuse.

The All-New and Completely Redesigned 2015 Toyota Camry

The Toyota Camry has long been the best-selling car in America. For 12 years to be exact. From its safety to its reliability to its comfort, the Camry is an all around winner. So when Toyota set out to design the all-new 2015 model, they had a lot on their plates. They had to figure out how to make one of the most popular cars in the world even better.

Let’s just say they did just that and then some. Bill Fay, Group Vice President and General Manager at Toyota Motor Sales introduced the 2015 Toyota Camry at the New York Auto Show. He began by explaining that the new Camry is just one part of Toyota’s greater mission to “Make Better Cars.” And not just “better” in the sense that these are cars you should buy. Toyota is striving to make better cars that you want to buy.

The 2015 Toyota Camry is certainly better and almost completely redesigned. In fact, Toyota used about 2,000 new parts in manufacturing the 2015 Camry and the only part that remains unchanged is the roof. Some of the new features include a wireless charging pad for smartphones, tapered LED taillights, blind-spot monitors, and adaptive cruise control.
